This shipping & Delivery policy is part of our Terms of Service (“Terms”) and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms of Service.
Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
All orders are shipped from Aruba with DHL.
All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer standard shipping. In some cases, a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes with an exception of Dubai.
Orders are only shipped on business days, during business hours. Business days are from Monday – Friday except for holidays.
We offer free shipping for Customers located in and ship in Aruba.

Once the order is handed over to the carrier, we will send an email with the tracking information.

Please note we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, FAIR BLVD is not responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and/or ship to. The costs, taxes and additional charges are your responsibility as the customer.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which include a tracking numner you can use to check its status. Please allow us 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 working days after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number and we will look into it for you.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 3 days after delivery, if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue. Please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case by case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Please be aware that we have a no return, no refund policy. All our sales are final. Our products are true pieces of art and are treated as such. Earrings are final and non-refundable.
Returns are only possible due to damage in transportation. Read the “Damages and Issues” section for more information. We only issue store credit for returns.
All returns must be authorized within 3 days of receipt of shipment for a credit, less any applicable shipping charges. The cost and risk of return are for your account this includes the risk of loss and damage. After a proper inspection a decision will be made within 14 days of receiving the product. We reserve all rights to decide whether the product(s) are eligible for credit.
Unauthorized returns will be refused. Any items that are used or improperly handled, or damaged due to improper care will not be eligible to be returned.
